Env Doctor helps AI coding agents diagnose why a local project will not start or run. Use it to investigate missing dependencies, incompatible runtime versions, port conflicts, environment-file problems, file permissions, and stopped services.
It is designed for questions such as “Why will this project not run?”, “Check my environment,” and “It works on my machine.” The skill guides a structured diagnosis before recommending changes, making it useful for local development troubleshooting, onboarding, and startup-error investigation.
